- No rehab allowed; property must be 100% complete with a valid certificate of occupancy
- Max loan to value 50% off the lower of the purchase price or market value; whichever is lower based on Fairview’s analysis
- As a result of our loan to value our focus is on cash-out refinancing
- Max loan amount 250k
